Our Process
Step 1 – Initial Consultation
Step 3 – Walkthrough & Inspection
Once we receive your request, we gather key details about the property, like square footage and approximate age, then follow up with pricing and available inspection dates and times.
We arrive at the scheduled time and complete the requested inspections. Please ensure the property is accessible and free of hazards. We are pet-friendly, but ask that large or aggressive animals be secured or removed.
Step 2 – Contract Approval
Step 4 – Inspection Report
You receive an inspection contract, schedule, and list of requested services. The contract must be reviewed and signed before the inspection takes place.
Your detailed inspection report is delivered by 5 PM the following day, often sooner, typically before midnight on the day of inspection. You receive it by email and text, and we can also send it to any additional contacts you authorize.
